Abundance Recycling offers the unique service of collecting waste from the home on a weekly basis and delivering it to the Oasis Recycling Depot, where people with intellectual disabilities are given an opportunity to work and gain a sense of self worth. The Freecycle NetworkT is a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people around the world who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own towns. Mr Recycle
Mr Recycle takes the bother out of recycling. They offer an independent recycle collection service to businesses and households in Gordon’s Bay, Strand and Somerset West (Helderberg Basin, Western Cape). Glass, tin (cans), plastic, paper and cardboard are all recyclable and can be collected. Cost per household collection is R20; costs for collection from businesses vary.
